About Joey Sahagun

In 2007, my wife, Anna, and I bought our first weekend home on Smith Lake (Alabama). We commuted each weekend from Birmingham, and in 2016, we decided to make lake living a full-time way of life.

 

We both joined Joseph Carter Realty in 2021. And in less than 2 years we were recognized as both the #1 Sales Agent within Joseph Carter Realty and as one of the top five sales agents for the entire area in 2022.

 

I was also recognized as the 2022 “Rising Star” by the Walker Area Association of REALTORS® for my civic, community, and association involvement. I am also an active founding member of the Smith Lake Rotary Club and worked with our state representatives to ensure that Duncan Bridge was repainted to its original blue.

Not only are we knowledgeable in “everything Smith Lake” but we also each have 20+ years of experience working in the corporate world of business and technology. This experience taught us to always put our customers first. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, follow-up, and availability making the buying and selling process as easy as possible.
